Stuart Turner Monsoon pump servicing

Designed and manufactured to the highest standards, the Stuart Turner Monsoon range is constructed from precision machined brass impellers and brass body stampings. These pumps are fully servicable and we stock a wide range of parts should your pump need repair or you simply which to extend its lifespan.

This is particularly useful when wanting to avoid changing plumbing pipework to accommodate a new type of pump.

What is included in the service?

- Tracked rapid postage to and from PelhamPumps via UPS or DHL (postage labels will be emailed to you).

- Initial full mechanical and electrical testing to identify any worn or faulty parts.

- Full dismantle of pump with inspection of internals and repalcement of worn parts, acid clean, replacement of worn and brittle O ring seals.

-Replacement of valves in universal pumps

- Acid clean of flow magnets and checking of clear and unobstructed movement.

- Pressure vessel pressurised to specification.

- Electrical test of reed switches alongside magnet movement.

- Final testing to check operating within Stuart Turner specification.

Usually, no additional parts would be required unless a specific fault has been identified previously (feel free to email us with any repair queries). In the event any additional parts are required during service (such as a circuit board at £55 being the most expensive) you will be notified prior to work starting if you wish to go ahead. If you do not, then the pump can be returned and only postage is payable (£21).
