Refund policy

Returning unwanted items: You have 14 days from receipt of the item to notify us you wish to return the item and cancel the order and then a further 14 days after notification to return the item for a refund. After notifying us we will guide you through the return. Please note return postage is not covered in instances of unwanted returns, we would reccommend using a tracked service such as Royal Mail tracked 48. Unwanted returns must be unused and in ther original packaging. Once received we will refund the item (outward postage is non-refundable in the case of unwanted items).

Returning faulty items: If you receive an item and experience issues with it's use or fitment, please contact us via email either on the contact page, or at pelhampumps@gmail.com in the first instance. We can then advise on the situation and attempt to resolve by guiding you through the problem. Any item believed to be faulty can be returned to us within the first 60 days following receipt. We will send you a pre-paid and tracked label for your return and you can chose to either receive a refund for the item, allow us to rectify the issue if possible or, where stocks allow, replace. Any refunds or credits are limited to the total purchase price of the order, including shipping, once the item has been returned.

Warranty labels: We reserve the right to void any warranty or returns process where anti-tamper warranty labels have been removed for any reason.
