Shipping policy

We endeavour to dispatch all items within 1-2 working days where possible. We aim to contact you in the unlikely event of a delay to dispatch. We offer both standard (tracked 48) and express (tracked 24) shipping via Royal Mail at checkout. Tracking is sent via email following purchase, please check your spam folder as occasionally these emails can end up here. Although delays via couriers are outside of our control, do contact us if you see on the tracking that there is an issue and we will do our very best to rectify the situation as best we can.
